1. Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions are the agreement you abide by when using the freecondoms.co.uk website. The feecondoms.co.uk site is owned and managed by Result Media Ltd

1.1 We are registered as a UK company and registered with the UK data protection officer to ensure that we manage your personal data under the UK data protection acts.
2. Registration
You are required when registering with freecondoms.co.uk to provide genuine details and validate your email address. If any details are entered incorrectly your account will be closed and any points forfeited.
3. Transactions
Any transactions made by you must be made in good faith and any retailer or merchant providing details of you entering fraudulent details will result in the points being removed and your account closed. You will be charged for any items shipped to you.
3.1 Should we suspect you of commiting any fraudulent activities we will suspend your account while we investigate. Any account we found commiting any fraudulent activities will be closed and all points forfeited. We do not offer any compensation while accounts are suspended.
3.2 Points earnt on the site are valued at 0.0001p
4. Cookies
We use cookies to track the points back to you and you must keep these enabled on your computer. If cookies are not fully enabled on your computer then we will not be able to track tranactions back to you to correctly allocated your points, most computers have cookies enabled but you can check to see if yours are by going to the tools menu, selecting internet options then the privacy tab.
5. Redemptions
Should the required redeemed product not be available we will send a similar product of similar or higher value.
6. Member Restrictions
We only allow one account per household.
6.1 Members must be over 18.
6.2 We only accept UK members.
7. Legal
This agreement is governed by the England and Wales Legal system.
8. Agreemenet Update
We may update this agreement at anytime. You will be informed when you login to your account.
